"2 stars is for Donna only, she was easy to work with over the phone. I had contacted this office to set up a landlord policy as we now live out of state. Getting the quote was simple and we set up a day to have the agent go out and take pictures of the property. Today Donna called to let me know that Rita had run into some tall grass in the backyard, and that had prevented her from taking the pictures she needed. Since she apparently only takes pictures on Monday and Friday (and would be out of the office the next 2) they wouldn't be able to write my policy. Their suggestion was to find another agent who would be able to step over some grass to get the pictures they need. While yes, it is my tenants fault for not mowing the grass I'm glad this worked out as it did. If this office cannot do what needs to be done, they are the last person I want looking out for me and my interests in an emergency or when I need to make a claim half a country away."
